- Monday to Friday: 09h30 to 18h00
- Weekends, public holidays, and school holidays: 09h00 to 18h00
- Last ticket sold 30 minutes before closing

- Tickets can be purchased online here or in person at our ticket office when you arrive.

- You can upgrade your day ticket to an annual membership while you visit!
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult
- Pensioner/student prices for holders of valid South African pensioner's card or student registration only.

Facilities: Wheelchairs and accessible flooring, accessible parking bays, push prams, baby strollers, nappy changing facilities, souvenirs and other marine-themed goods in the Aquarium Gift Shop, and first-aid assistance.

The Aquarium grants tour operators a set STO rate. Educationals can be arranged for members of staff affiliated with any registered tourism institute or facility.
