Talitha Noble, Conservation Manager at Two Oceans Aquarium Foundation, gave a heartfelt speech at Bob the green turtle's farewell event. Noble spoke about Bob's extraordinary impact on the Aquarium community. He was released on 27 January 2023 and has been enjoying his ocean explorations.
Reverse the Red Day
With many environmental issues dominating the media, particularly climate change, biodiversity loss is an often overlooked, yet just as significant, threat. Reverse the Red is a pioneering global movement that works to reverse biodiversity loss and showcase positive achievements for species on the brink of collapse - by celebrating efforts that bring species back from being "endangered". Today, 7 February 2023, is the first Reverse the Red Day!
