Our special birthday offer has been extended to your entire birthday month! That’s right—whether your birthday is in January, June, or December, you can now enjoy complimentary admission to the Two Oceans Aquarium any day throughout your birthday month.

How it works:

  • This offer gives you free entrance to the Two Oceans Aquarium during the entire calendar month of your birthday. For example, if you’re born on 15 January, you can visit for free anytime between 1 and 31 January.
  • You will need to collect your free birthday ticket from the Aquarium’s onsite ticket office in person on the day of your visit.
  • You must present valid proof of identification (accepted forms of ID listed below) clearly indicating that your birthday is in the current calendar month.
  • This offer is open to South African citizens and permanent residents only.

  • Terms and Conditions
    1. Eligibility:
      1. South Africans and permanent residents from ages 4 and older may redeem this offer (Admission for under 4s is free.)
      2. Proof of residency may be required if your ID does not explicitly state citizenship.
      3. Valid identification with a visible date of birth is mandatory for all participants. Photocopies or digital copies are acceptable, but originals are preferred.
    2. Validity:
      1. This special offer is valid until 31 January 2026. The free entry is applicable for the entire calendar month of your birthday.
      2. The Aquarium reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect any visits already planned within the offer’s validity period.
    3. Collection:
      1. Free tickets must be collected in person by the claimant from the onsite ticket office and cannot be pre-booked.
      2. Tickets cannot be collected in advance.
      3. Tickets cannot be collected on behalf of someone else, or by a third party.
    4. Redemption:
      1. Your free entrance ticket can only be used during your birthday month.
      2. Tickets must be used on the day that they are collected.
      3. You may only claim a single ticket during your birthday month.
      4. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
    5. Exclusions:
      1. This offer is non-transferable and may only be used by the birthday celebrant.
      2. No refunds or exchanges on previously purchased tickets.
      3. This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with pre-booked visits such as visiting school groups.
      4. This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other special offers.
      5. This promotion does not apply to or discount other Aquarium experiences, such as diving, tours, Penguin Experiences, or memberships.
      6. The Aquarium reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who does not comply with the rules or presents fraudulent documentation.
    6. General:
      1. Visitors are required to follow all other Two Oceans Aquarium guidelines and rules during their visit.
