Ho-ho-hold on tight! Dress up in your favourite festive attire, bring along your sleeping bags, and join us for a magical night under the sea! The Festive Family Sleepover at the Two Oceans Aquarium is here to light up your holiday season with cheer.

Get ready for an evening filled with jolly fun for the whole family at our exclusive members-only sleepover on Saturday, 14 December 2024, from 18h00.

The festive sleepover is always one to cherish... An appearance by the legendary Scuba Claus will mark the start of our sleepover fun, while a photo booth will add extra sparkle to the festive cheer. Then, kids can gather around to receive their gifts from Santa before the excitement of a hot chocolate and snack station. If you're still wide-eyed and bushy-tailed, you can usher in sleep time with a movie before you drift off to dreamland.

Family sleepover details

When: 18h00 on Saturday 14 December 2024 to 08h00 on Sunday 15 December 2024
Where: Two Oceans Aquarium
Who: Active Two Oceans Aquarium members
What to pack: A picnic dinner for the evening, a gift you'd like Santa to give to your child, a sleeping bag and mattresses, pillows, blankets etc, toiletries, a change of clothes, and snacks. No tents or flashlights are allowed.
Cost: R390 (adults), R360 (children). We regret no under-2s.
The cost includes a welcome beverage for all guests, a photo booth, a movie, a hot chocolate and snack station, and breakfast in the morning.
Parking: Parking is available across the road from the Aquarium in the Portswood Garage. Validated parking tickets will be available for R55 from the Aquarium staff after the sleepover.
Please note: Children need to be accompanied by an adult. 140 spots are available.
